The Articles of Covenant Between 

The Crowned Republic of East Hampton

       and It's Ambassadors 


 


Preamble

We, the sovereign people of the Crowned Republic of East Hampton under the leadership of the monarch and guided by the principals of governance and justice, establish this Covenant to safeguard our nation’s unity, uphold tradition and serve the interests of the people.

 

 

Article I
Sovereignty and government structure

The Crowned republic of East Hampton shall function as a monarchic republic wherein:

       1.  The monarchy serves as the head of state ensuring continuity, tradition and oversight.
                

 2.  Prime minister serves as the head of government acting on behalf of the peoples as          

3.executive leader responsible for national governance and administration.

     4. the legislative council shall draft and pass laws, subject to monarchy veto authority

5.   The judiciary remains independent, enforcing and interpreting laws fairly


 

Article II  

Role of the monarch

The monarch shall:


Represent the unity and sovereignty of the republic
 

Hold veto authority over legislation that conflicts with national 

interest with responsibility to the ambassadors  
 

Serve as a diplomatic and ceremonial figurehead
 

Oversee national traditions and continuity 
 

Safeguard national heritage 
 

Hold ceremonial authority while ensuring stability


 

Article III 

The Governing Body 

The Prime Minister is the executive branch. 

He/she will govern the 3 main branches of government, 

Will be the acting body as the liaison for the people. 

The governing body is called " The Council". 

They will be elected by the people unless there are times of uncertainty and instability, the Monarch shall appoint a Prime Minister. Such as times like this, as a young nation, we have no ambassadors for election, Her Majesty Devlin Wolfe and any or all succeeding monarch to the throne shall have the authority to full fill positions as needed for the betterment of the Republic. During times of peace and stability, the people shall have the authority to elect and diminish "The Council" with just cause brought before the people and held in a tribunal to hear the allegations of just cause for any action that will diminish a position in the governing body.  

Elections are held as straight vote. 
 

The Prime Minister shall manage governmental affairs and national policies
 

Serve as the voice of the Sovereign and the people ensuring proper representation

 

 

Article IV: 

Legislative Authority & Veto Power

The Legislative Council shall:

- Draft and pass laws governing the republic.

- Be subject to the Monarch’s veto authority which may be

overridden by a special vote in governing council

- Ensure laws align with national traditions and democratic principles.


 
 

Article V: 

Ambassadors & Rights

All ambassadors of the Crowned Republic of East Hampton are guaranteed:

- Protection under the monarchy and law.

- Freedom of expression, faith, and civic participation.

- Representation within the government



 

Article VI: Foreign Affairs 

The Crowned Republic shall:

- Maintain diplomatic relations with international entities.

- Enter alliances and trade agreements beneficial to the nation.

- Ensure sovereign integrity in all international matters.



 

Article VII: 

Amendments & Governance Stability

Amendments to this document may be proposed by the Legislative Council, 

reviewed by the Monarch, and finalized through ratification



 

Article VIII:

 Ratification

This Covenant of The Crowned Republic shall serve as the supreme governing framework of the Crowned Republic of East Hampton, effective upon declaration by its sovereign leaders.
